It is common now a days to see many children, get distracted due to the information explosion and parents and teachers often struggle due to their limited scope of communication due to raised emotions. The children get affected by peer pressure and lack of outlets to get help in a non-judgmental and supportive manner.
Right time for children is ‘anytime’ when we observe these changes. This can start around IX or X standard.
Mainstream is a programme designed ONLY for such children who studies have got affected and are scoring very low marks, unable to concentrate. The programme aims to put them back on track and do well for themselves.
The progrmme can be in groups or in one-to-one sessions. Mainstream programme can fit in as a “stich in time-saves nine”.
Guidance and group counseling help empower them to navigate life successfully.
